    Request a Controller Replacement Page not Working


    After typing my controller serial number to prove i have a warranty on my Series 2 Elite Controller, a link pops up to Request a Controller Replacement. I click on the link and the page doesn't load.

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. If you wish to request the replacement yourself I would advise you to change the browser or the device you are using and try again; However, you can get your controller exchanged through our online customer
    support as well. You will find below the link to our online support, all you need to do is access it, click on the green button that says "contact us" and take it from there.
