Go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

Click Contact us

Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

If you can't cancel a subscription, this is possibly due to a past-due balance. This may be caused by an attempt to charge the subscription being declined, for example. You need to resolve the balance, which can be done in the Services & subscriptions section
of the
Microsoft Account website. If you need to discuss the situation with Support, you will need to request such a call
via the "Contact Us" option. Nobody here will be able to call you back, unfortunately.

(If you're having trouble selecting an option that allows a call-back, choose "Subscriptions & billing", then "I don't recognize a charge".)

Ya just go back to your microsoft account in devices and read the fine print. I was worried when i didnt see it marked as received until i looked closer lol. It has a small note telling you what i said before. I had my serise 2 elite controller on the
line so i wanted to make sure all the The Ts were crossed and i's dotted. This dang thing cost almost as much as a console with a ridiculously high failure rate.i got lucky and stumbled across a forum talking about them getting sued cause of a high failer
rate with only a 90 day warranty so they extended it to a year. To think, 90day warranty for a $200 dollar premium controller that has more problems then what our world is facing today lol. Uuhhh Microsoft smh, the left hand you offer us great things while
in the right hand you hold a knife to stab us in the back when we aint looking. What are we going to do with you?

Thanks for the info, I did use the UPS tracking number to see if it had been delivered.

I will wait and see if I get a shipped notification next week then if that's the likely outcome.

Just find it odd it wasn't marked as received.
