Request a call wont work, and money keeps being taking from my account

To effectively clarify this issue, it is necessary that you contact Microsoft support directly via chat, so they can help you.

However, if Support is unable to track any active subscriptions on your Microsoft accounts and has ensured that your credit card is not added to any accounts that it is aware of, it will not be able to cancel the charge.

Ideally, contact your financial institution, request that the charge be terminated, or cancel your credit card.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on money being refunded. It can take up to 72 hours which is 3 days for money to be returned. If after that time the money isn't returned, you can request a call from support.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----click on Contact us
  
• Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
  
• Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next
  
  Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Well that's rubbish. I dont need v-bucks, can i request a refund?

You can TRY and request a refund using the refund form as described here just keep in mind though that consumable items such as vbucks are not eligible for refunds (because microsoft has no way to take those vbucks back from your account and epic games wont
give Microsoft their money back for it) so dont be suprised if the refund request gets denied
