Request a call Serice / Billing

Nice to see the overhaul with customer support but I'm guessing there's some gaps lady's and gents! I followed the prompts and filled out the appropriate info, EST btw for time reference. Due to unforeseen circumstances our family has faced some hardships that didn't have us monitoring our bank account as well as we should. I had got on to see about getting a refund for the last couple xbox live charges as we weren't using the service in any way. My past experiences with xbox live support has been great literally zero complaints... I finished filling out the fields and pick Request a Call with an expected wait time of 2 mins.

I received a call from Microsoft and have now been on hold for 4hr30mins and counting. This is a call regarding billing, why have the service call me if I'm going to just sit on hold for over half a shift? What are the alternative solutions? Billing doesn't offer direct customer service anymore?

Sorry to hear that you experienced this long wait time during a call
Probably the agent lose the connection with you in the middle of the hold.
Sometimes this happens when we call to any customer service

May I know if you tried requesting a refund for the item if eligible using the form below? (The form works if the digital item was purchased in the last 14 days)

Hi, the problem is when I follow the options I can't request a call or go into a chat as it doesn't give the option for warranty serice/repair at all. I have already been on live chat once a week ago & nothing has happened & I can't remember what option I had to choose to be able to.

It seems almost impossible to speak to anybody who would able to help me. All a live assistant can do is request hardware & offline teams to look into it which so far doesn't appear to have happened
