How to get Customer support with Microsoft account that's actually isupport or is every one else getting no vaseline customer service

For refunds you would need to fill out a refund request form. If the form is not working, you would need to follow the advice that has already been given
in this thread to request a call back in order to speak to billing.

 

Ive done that waited got told cant do it after i have been strongly advised it will be done and then i done it again and then support said that would have it top priority. Hasn't been fixed

Sorry for the issue with everything you going through. For the refund if it has been denied you will need to reply to the email sent by the person that denied the refund and see what you are able to do. Unfortunately, when you talk to support they will tell
you the same thing. If you still get no results you can then dispute charge with the bank and see if you can get refunded that way.
