Issue with the Request a Call page

I have a hardware issue with my xbox one. The wireless adapter is not working (no networks are ever listed) and the machine stopped recognizing wired network connections.

I tried to request a support call but I got stuck on the Request a Call page. The name fields are grey-ed out and will not accept input. However, they are required to be filled out to submit the request.

Hopefully I am missing something simple. I am logged in and my name is correct under my Microsoft account profile but no auto-completion is happening.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. I have the steps needed to request a callback :

1. Contact us here
2. Select My Account
3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support

You can request a free call-back by signing on at
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.

Also, instead of waiting for a call back, you can live chat with them in the link provided. It's usually a short wait time.

 

Ive been through chats done what i was told been running around jumping through hoops. Several people have done nothing but waste my time and getting lied to

Xbox Customer Support portal to request the callback.

Now we won't be able to assist with issues within the account but if it's anything as far as connection or hardware we can definitely take a look into things for you.

Others have asked for some general details about the issue. If you give us those details (we don't need any personal details or anything like that; just what's going on with your account), someone might be able to point you in the right direction or even
tell you how best to approach the situation.

 

Those images you posted contain the last four digits of your credit card, and your personal e-mail address. Probably some other things too, but they're so damned huge I'm not playing Where's Waldo on them. I suggest you remove them.
