    REQ Pack codes activated, but not appearing in game


    As the title says I activated some REQ packs I bought off eBay and they worked perfectly fine, they even appear in my profile saying that I have in fact activated them, but whenever I boot up the game they never appear in my Requisitions menu. I've tried
    uninstalling ones in the my game area and re installing them and it never works? What do I do to get my packs?

    Halo 5 Promotional REQ pack installed, but not showing up in game

    code given by customer support:

    I preordered halo 5 deluxe edition (disk) and received a code giving me warzone req pack, promotional req pack, and the fall of reach animated series. all items downloaded but the promotional pack and warzone req pack (warzone not sure about) did not show
    up in game. My friend was able to access the pack and I reallized that i was supposed to receive items inside these pack. thank you for any aid

    Halo 5 Voices of War Mixer

    Like others I still haven’t received my Voices of War Req pack. I watched the entire stream start to finish and it’s been a week now. I was appearing offline on my Xbox live account since I was watching on the Mixer app on Xbox. I’m not sure if appearing
    offline affects it but I have a seen other series get the pack and until we’re apperaing offline as well.

    It sounds like you did get the Req Packs. You'll receive 2 Req Packs a week until you receive all 14 packs that the pre-order offered.

    Hey SpottierSnake54,

    Based on that messaging, it sounds like the REQ packs were already applied to your account. Have you recently checked your REQ packs in Halo 5: Guardians? Considering this message was sent a couple months ago, is there a chance you might have already redeemed
    them?

    I would also like to clarify that these packs are not sent out as a code, the packs were automatically applied in-game.

    Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

    Downloadable content not accessable

    There is only one profile on the console and it is the one the codes were installed in. When I go into the game I see 2 Req packs so something was installed. It says there is supposed to be 14 Req packs initially and 2 Req Packs every week after. I am not
    sure if the 14 Packs are given straight away or if they are given over time. I was expecting the 14 packs straight away but I don't see them....am I wrong? Should I only be seeing 2 packs...I'm not exactly sure what I should be seeing.
