REQ Pack Code for Resolute visor

My kid loved the Halo remote but he's too young to play the game so I have a REQ pack code up for grabs (see below). If you use it, please reply so others don't waste time trying it.

Halo 5 guardians console code for Resolute Visor

Hey there. I preordered/purchased the Halo 5 guardians console bundle from Gamestop. It came with the code that gave me the game, the warzone REQ bundle, the fall of reach movie, the FOTUS armor, and everything else listed except for the Resolute Visor.
On the webpage
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/consoles/halo-5-guardians under the section custom wireless controller it says "The Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians controller featuring a unique laser-etched design, metallic blue accents, military insignias, and a
bonus REQ Pack including the Resolute visor." I never got said REQ pack. I asked a salesperson at gamestop where i made the purchase and they said i should contact microsoft on this issue. I did a live chat and was directed to post here. I'm hoping someone
here can assist me with this issue and get me a code to redeem on Xbox Live to get this missing REQ. Thanks!

Do you happen to know the expiration date of the REQ code? The game has been out for 2 years and about 2 months now, so it is possible the code is expired or that the game no longer supports it. Since REQ unlocks are processed the same way as Microtransactions,
it could also no longer be supported. The visor you are seeking with the REQ code is "Resolute" which is classified as "Ultra Rare" in-game. You can still unlock it via other means if you are unable to find a solution.

Just to confirm, you did sign up on the Monster Promotion website and enter your codes there? The 10-packs generate a REQ pack that contains EITHER the Rime Visor +2 random unlocks, or three emblems: Arbiter, Danger Explosion, and Glyphs. The promotion kinda
makes you think you will get the emblems but its random what rewards you get. I've read that each gamertag can only redeem 3 REQ packs and selecting "other" from the retailer list gets you the emblems, but I'm not sure if this method works.

if thats the case then why does the webpage for the console say under contents and features say this:

Hey there Patranous!

The Resolute Visor is a code that is included with the controller not the console bundle. Luckily all content can be unlocked in-game without a code, it just might take longer
