For now the only option we have is the feedback. If you don't like how a player is acting, you can use the "Avoid Player" option. However, if they have crossed the line and have harassed you then send in a report detailing their actions.

  5. The terrain system on the Xbox 360 doesn't get used as intended, it will be getting more use in the Xbox One. To avoid a player, go to the guide and select 'Friends', press Right twice to get to 'Recent Players'. Click the gamertag that you have issues with
and select 'Submit Player Review', and pick 'Avoid this Player' as well as why.

This will decrease the chance if being matched with them again.

Hi I would like to know how having bad rep affects your ability to find online games. Im in the red (avoid me rep). Yes i realise this my own fault but how on earth are you supposed to improve your rep if it wont let you find online games to do so?

In regards to avoiding players on th Xbox 360 that you meet on multiplayer, it doesn't guarantee it will avoidyou from future interactions in the game. But it sure does make you feel better if they are rude to you. I have been in this situation several times
I have came across the same person, I try to avoid and I cannot do so because he is already an avoided player. It probably means it is less likely you'll come across them in the future, but the possibility of coming across them may increase when you're playing
a playlist that they are with not many people searching it. For example Halo 3 ranked playlists such as Team Snipers or Team Swat. Not many people search that anymore and you would come across the same people over and over in some instances if their is enough
for a game-lock. Even if you've avoided them. The best thing you could do is go on their gamercard, mute the player. And if you haven't already done so already block communications with them (which could be done if they send he following, Message, Party Invite,
    Private Chat Invite, Game Invite)

People like these ruin th fun of Xbox LIVE, they may only do it for attention. This may go on 4 years of experience playing Halo 3 ranked, and nothing but Halo 3. That's how the avoid system worked for me, and it's a bit disappointing, and I think it should
be updated so that you shouldn't come across the avoided people, even if the playlist you're searching means you won't be able to get a game-lock if you come against the avoided players.

    Regards,

    Daniel

I hear there is a way to see the ratings broken down for your reputation, which I just now started recently playing online, and I never quit games and leave early. And somehow my reputation has went down since then. I dont use the mic I don't chat. Most
of the time people are just chewing each other out or being negative. I don't care I just mute them but all of a sudden I seem to have went down to yellow needs improvement. So being new online does it mean i was on the threshhold of the yellow green area
    or something?

A good reputation is required? Why is reputation even relevant?

Why is the reputation message "avoid me" even a thing?

I thought those with avoid me reputations were only supposed to be put in games with others of that reputation.

If that's not the case then the reputation system might as well be discontinued

How do I see my reports?

    Hi

If your reputation is green then there I would say there is nothing to be worried about. If you want more information all you can do is click on reputation and receive a summary of the reputation feedback you have received
