Reputation was Spammed?

Hi,

Please can you look into my reputation, it looks like I have been spammed from someone and his friends as my Reputation has gone down to "AVOID ME".

I can't now play multi player games as I will not be matched with anyone but this is beside the point, How can this happen and how do i get the reputation back up?

Or can you view this and reset it somehow?

Just checked on there and some fudgeer has reported my gamertag in the last 6 months, was it you @Rorifett there was that one game on BF1 :laugh:

Yes, this is a huge issue. I have received 2 reference numbers from chat support about contacting the enforcement team since they are the only ones who look into it. I have not received any replies from those 2 reference numbers when I was told they would
respond within 48 hours. I'm in your same position, I have been in the red for the past two months and have been closely eyeing how many complaints I receive at enforcement.xbox.com. I found 0 new complaints in that 2 month span.

The reputation system is extremely flawed, and the only thing we can do about it is voice our opinion at the feedback site, which is pointless because no one looks at that. I'm very disappointed with the lack of service I am receiving. Time to cancel the
account and create a new one.

You won't get an answer. You can try contacting the enforcement, fifty fifty chance they respond. I have tried contacting them, the only thing I have gotten is a copy and paste reply.

No. Though your reputation score can be impacted after accumulating legitimate negative feedback, spamming someone with unwarranted or baseless complaints (even from a large number of players) will not unfairly result in a lower reputation.

Just as spamming unwarranted complaints will not unfairly cause a player’s reputation score to drop, instructing other players to ‘prefer’ a player will not improve a low reputation. Furthermore, attempts to manipulate reputation or other Xbox Live systems
is a violation of the Code of Conduct and can lead to enforcement action.
