Reputation System Needs To Go

The community of Overwatch is among some of the most toxic to ever exist in gaming. But now? I literally cannot play games because my reputation has been sunk by people that report me for cheating (which I'm obviously not according to my stats) and unsporting
(For picking a character they don't like. A CHARACTER THEY DON'T LIKE). No rules being broken, nothing being abused. I'm being punished for playing 1 of the 24 heroes available to me and because of it, can't play other games now either. We need an appeal system.
Not to mention, my gamertag should be fixed immediately as there's zero evidence of me even doing any wrong doing. You're putting FAR too much power in the hands of a toxic community. These people think playing a character you like is cheating.

I have 225 games on my Xbox One, 175 on my 360. You're going to lose me as a customer PERMANENTLY if this isn't fixed in a matter of days. A good player that always gives 110% for his team now can't play because of system that says if players don't like
you, you're cheating. This isn't acceptable in today's gaming market. Good players are getting shafted because of your neglect.

The reputation system doesn't look too good. I don't know why, but I feel that it's going to be very shallow.

But that's just the reputation system.

Hi there! When your reputation drops to "Reputation needs work" or "Avoid me" it is actually due to a number of people going on to your profile and blocking you. It does not having anything to do with the actual report system itself. To remove the negative
reputation, you either need to play cleanly for a certain amount of time or have people add you to their favourites list. Hope this helps!

Going afk is a legitimate reason to report someone.

It's considered unsporting conduct. Because you are taking up a spot that can be used by an active player.
