    Greetings Everyone,

I will try to make this brief.

So, since December of 2016, my account has been in the "Avoid Me" reputation status. I understand this is due to "bad behavior" as the enforcement team deems it. I admit, whilst playing Forza, there were times I'd be frustrated in League play and shunt
someone into a barrier(or similar scenario) and inevitably end up reported for "Unsporting". Now, where the confusion comes in, is that my account never entered the "Needs Work" area of the reputation system. I went directly from "Good Player" to "Avoid Me"
with a handful of reports on my account. The plot graph on the enforcement webpage(enforcement.xbox.com/home/reputation) even shows the sudden drop as well, with no plot points in neither the Yellow nor Orange "Needs Work" category. I was also under the
impression that a notification would be sent via some form of communication about said "bad behavior" along with a suggestion to correct the offense so as to not lead to future disciplinary action, at least according to an article posted on majornelson.com back
in September of 2016. I received no such notice.

So, upon realizing that my account was in fact in the "Avoid Me" reputation this month (February) ultimately, I bucked up, begrudgingly downloaded World of Tanks and began the arduous attempt at reconciling my reputation to it's former status. I played
this game consistently over the course of 4-5 days. Yesterday morning, after having my tank blown up, I decided to back out of the game and hop on over to my profile on the console to see if that blatant banner of disapproval was still there. To my surprise,
it wasn't! It didn't say "Good Player" or "Needs Work", but it didn't have a Triangle with an Exclamation point next to "Avoid Me", either! I took this to mean I was in the clear, powered the Xbox down and went to work. Turns out I was wrong. When I arrived
home that night, I powered up the console and to my disbelief, "Avoid Me" was back on my profile. After over 24 hours of game-time logged in World of Tanks without bad behavior(Didn't even have a headset plugged in), it still is in the "Avoid Me" reputation.
The ultimate confusion comes when attempting to check my reputation status across the various platforms. The enforcement page itself actually still lists me as having a "Good Player" status next to my reputation with a green throttle diagram. The xbox app
on my phone doesn't seem to show reputation. Both the console and Xbox app for Windows 10 show me still in the "Avoid Me" category.

    HELPPPPPPP!!!

Why is there so little information on this subject? How am I to be expected to dig myself out of a hole without knowing the depth? At this point, my Xbox Live has expired, and I'm wondering if it'll ever be worth it to renew. If anyone has answers regarding
this subject I would be much more than grateful. GT:

    :)

While it is interesting to debate the issue from an implementation stand point, it is an useless exercise as no one here in the forums or on twitter or phone support can help with any rep or enforcement action. Most of us never have to deal with it, in any
case, as we play fair, don't provoke, lose gracefully and win the same way. To those players the system is transparent, as it should be.

It would be better to focus on your 19 reports of unsporting behavior than picking on ngocphi's syntax or sentence structure in their responses. Not everyone uses English as a first language and doing what you are doing is just deflecting from the fact that
OTHER players see you as a bad sport. In answer, YOUR only motivation to dig yourself out is to be able to play with others, I suppose?

The biggest myth about Enforcement and apparently now the Rep system is that the system is automated and that punishments are meted out that way. When individual actions are flagged by others they are investigated and then approved or disproved as valid
and invalid. 1 valid complaint and 99 invalid equals 1 valid complaint.

    there is plenty of info

You just not following the faq

The only spot for your live rep is your console profile

    Not the enforcement site

And playing good for 24hours will not fix your rep

You have to work it up eventually it is not instant

Then exactly what is the purpose of an enforcement site? Show and Tell? How exactly did it drop and why did I receive no notifications regarding the drop in reputation?

I have a feeling I've done more research on this subject than just about any of the moderators here. There is plenty of misinformation, correct. No concrete solutions. Honestly, there aren't really even concrete guidelines. Apparently there are many factors
at play in regards to reputation that ultimately shouldn't be. Connection issues? Muting/Blocking of players? This whole system has seen widespread abuse across many IP's... Overwatch, Halo, Gears of War, just to name a few. Why is it that a system touted
to be so immune to exploitation has seen several games drop the system entirely in favor of an actual playerbase?? Also, when I said 24 hours, that's in-game play; Not in the sense of I played a "day" and called it quits. Over 200 matches played(confirmed
due to achievements) with no impact whatsoever? If it is truly all based on math in regards to players encountered/players that report you, then I can't fathom how I haven't seen at least some sort of change.

the site is to figure out what exactly is the issue with your behaviour you need to fix

And to check if you received future reports after the first avoid me

Bad sportmanship stop trash talking or any others annoying behaviour

    Reputation System Issues

99.9% of live players and most Online players on psn don't have rep issues

    Or enforcement

Be human it's not rocket science

I could possibly give that merit if there were the option of Positive Feedback.

As it stands, it's either bad feedback or no feedback. So, just because only a handful of players experience valid issues with the reputation system, it shouldn't even be considered that an exploitation may have occurred? What motivation is there to dig
myself out of the hole, when for all I know I could be at the center of the Earth and die before ever reaching the surface? There is so much grey area here. You lump players into 4 categories... Or in my case only 2. That's a pretty small spectrum. I would
appreciate it if you used grammar and would proofread your responses to me before clicking the "Comment" button. Thank you. It also doesn't take rocket science to believe that a man-made algorithm can and does have faults. What with it being man-made and
    all..

19 reports back in December? I mean, it's not like I was able to interact with other players once placed into online purgatory. I skipped both "Needs Work" regions. You would think with the amount of players encountered by now without provocation would
have changed things. There was no picking apart syntax or sentence structure. Is it too much of an expectation to have periods at the end of sentences? Sheesh. So, despite not violating the Terms of Service nor the Code of Conduct, I can still be penalized
and essentially have my money stolen? With no means of appealing the decision aside from putting in my own time and effort with no visible impact whatsoever? Should I use a tablespoon to dig the hole, as well? I would love to see the concrete evidence as
suggested by your response. What I meant in regards to motivation is this... There is no way to track an increase in reputation. All you can do is load your profile up on the console and pray that it doesn't say "Avoid Me"? No progress bar? No "Percentage
until "Needs Work""? Just blindly playing games I hate with no end in sight? Yeah, I think I'll spend my money somewhere else.
