Reputation System is totally BROKEN

I also, since I'm becoming more clever and I'm climbing the charts, I'm starting to get a bad reputation.

Now we live with the Terror to play better than the others, because we know that the losers will put us a negative feedback for every time we beat them.

(I have 19 negative feedback for unsportsmanlike) SHOW ME ONE CASE in which I have received negative feedback deservedly, let me see if I've betrayed my teammates, you will not find a single one, because all the negative feedback I've received ARE FALSE .

Even I have 12 negative feedback for "cheater" Show me one time how I ever cheated!

My fault? be faster because I have the elite controller, and i'm better of them!

Because of this situation I'm avoiding to play in competitive mode, for fear that those who can't loose will to put me negative feedback, and you are allowing it to him.

No this is totally UNNACEPTABLE... I RESTABLISHED MY REP TO GREEN a few weeks ago... and today my REPUTATION FALLED TO RED in 10 MINUTES!

The reputation system is TOTALLY BROKEN!

 

REPUTATION system is Totally Broken or Bugged!

Legal cases especially class action lawsuites rarely go forward especially because it is the users issue not the service because you don't understand how it works doesn't mean it's wrong

The enforcement site is not an indication of your rep

Your profile is

Avoid me is a right of all players to avoid bad users

But it is not what your rep is based on

It is the complaints of the community that reflects your rep

Again it's not the service nor will privacy law allow you to know who complaints against you

You would be breaking the highest law in the land

 

The Xbox Live reputation system incorporates all the feedback that you’ve received during your last few weeks of multiplayer sessions to determine your reputation. Different types of feedback are weighted differently and our Policy & Enforcement Team often
verifies feedback accuracy. There are automated safeguards to ensure sure that feedback is accurate.

If you get a large number of reports from other gamers, your reputation might drop to “Needs Work.” You’ll get a warning message from Xbox that you’re having a negative impact on other people and other gamers will see a “Needs Work” warning bar on your profile.
It typically takes over a dozen unique reports or several dozen mutes for your reputation to drop down to “Needs Work.”

If you continue to get reported for your conduct after you’ve entered “Needs Work,” the system sends you another message as a final warning. If you ignore this second message and get reported a few more times, you’ll enter the “Avoid Me” reputation classification.

To better your rep the best way is to play coop games with a large pool of different gamers (Neverwinter mentioned as a possible way to up your rep)

The system is easily abused and there is no real investigation as to the reports,documented it myself daily after playing online and the fake reports made and for the reasons are laughable,especially the cheating category and the unsporting. Since when has
being a better playing been unsporting and how do you even cheat at a game unless your some whizz kid system hacker,utter madness these reports.

I had over 10 reports for voice and i never EVER use mics so know full well this system is abused and not monitored unless its actual txts sent because there no way they can investigate any of the others and thats fact no matter what anyone says or what
copy and paste rules they state.

Microsoft dont care and will never fix it and everyone knows it.
