First and foremost avoid me flag is legall it is the players choice not to play with you but doesn't affect your rep

What affects it is the complaints which is reviewed by pet

And there is no lawsuit I'm sorry unless you planned to be laughed out of court

The system is used by all consoles including ps4 since psn has the biggest use base where is your premise with all the avoid me repossess o. There

That is the only place where you can see your rep level

Legal cases especially class action lawsuites rarely go forward especially because it is the users issue not the service because you don't understand how it works doesn't mean it's wrong

The enforcement site is not an indication of your rep

Your profile is

Avoid me is a right of all players to avoid bad users

But it is not what your rep is based on

It is the complaints of the community that reflects your rep

Again it's not the service nor will privacy law allow you to know who complaints against you

You would be breaking the highest law in the land

It's not a flaw you don't understand it

The enforcement site isn't upto date

What your rep is on the console is your true rep

Again any mention of lawsuits wil only gr this locked and you referred to the legal link

This is not professional business period. Im in business law and we have actually found microsoft has broken its own enforcement code. There is a team of lawyers in LA putting together a class action lawsuit, and here is why, if someone affects a paying
service there must be a person you can interact with to give valid answers. Im not suing just saying look up the ongoing issue this has become since E3, and look up the case being brought up its actually interesting.

Yep, Enforcement site still says I'm green at the top, and green for July. It's shown me as Good Player for the past week even though I've been in Avoid Me the whole time.

Also, I'm not sure why ngocphi is talking about people leaving you good rep, or changing games types like casual or pro. These things only apply on the 360, and the rep system is completely different on XB1.
