    Reputation system being used incorrectly

I have received the "Avoid Me" reputation recently on my account and I do not believe i should be within this zone, i am a good player, who plays overwatch competitive and i know quite a few people who have recieved this reputation aswell, they also claim
to have received it for the same reason which is, people not wanting to play with you again, so they try to get you to this reputation, i wish for my account to be taken off of this reputation or my money back for the xbox live membership i purchased, because
    i cant find games.

    :)

Sorry, but there is no one who can fix it for you. The website does not always sync up to what's on your profile. So what is on your profile is correct.

    Xbox Reputation Being Displayed Incorrectly

Hey so we've all been there before. Toxic communities are everywhere and people will report you for just about anything. I play Smite, a lot.. and moving up the ladders in Ranked will let you meet some not so friendly users. Been
about a month since I last played a match because my profile for the first time has hit "Avoid Me" in my 10 years on Xbox LIVE. I've been playing Assassins Creed, Shadow of War, Doom, and some other games in my backlog until I felt like getting back into something.

Well, yesterday I decided to get on Modern Warfare Remastered and upon immediately getting to the menus I'm hit with a limited matchmaking message due to my Xbox reputation being "Avoid Me". I was home searching for nearly 4 hours and wasn't able to get in
    one game. ZERO.

So, I decided to investigate online and what do you know my reputation was showing as "Good Player" (Green). I looked around for solutions and saw some people talk about clearing your cache and signing out/in helping but after 6 or so attempts, no dice. I contacted
a support agent yesterday in regards to this and was met with a non-solution information about how the reputation system works and how to improve it. I've been here for over 10 years, and I worked literally for Microsoft for the past 2.. I understand how this
    works.

So in a last ditch effort here I am before you today. My reputation on Enforcement says "Good Player", and its still showing "Avoid Me" on Xbox LIVE. I don't want to wait any longer and I refuse any other solution. What I need is for someone to correct this
problem, and make it so I don't waste another night of my life sitting in menus trying to "matchmake".

Information on how the rep system works and how to improve your rep can be found here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I You are the only one who can improve
your rep. No one else can fix it for you.

If you want to talk to someone about a refund, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

  5. There are tons of people being reported incorrectly. This reputation system clearly has its issues, opinionated or not, the issue is people are biased and get upset over losses and report people simply hoping to get them temporarily out of matchmaking. The
big issue here is that the system validates these improper uses by basically making it impossible to matchmake in the respective games these players are playing. There are tons of people in various forums complaining about almost identical issues, in particular
games with fairly toxic communities such as overwatch. I am sorry xbox enforcement, you went from doing too little on 360 to going over the top and giving players the ability to vote people out of their matchmaking games. It simply isn't fair that people can
pick and choose who can and can't matchmake with no credibility required on these votes. It is flawed, and something needs to be done to fix it. Simply allowing these negative toxic players to have such power over other players who only report as needed is unjustifiably
rude. There needs to be an overhaul, or at least somebody screening the reports in question.
