  1. Reputation system: "avoid me" status prevents you from playing the game.

I've been in "avoid me" reputation for almost a month now. The reason i'm in avoid me is because i play a specific hero, who receives a lot of hate, when i feel like my team can use more damage done. Every single time i have been reported, which is around
40, was for playing this hero in a game where the developers specifically said not to report people for playing a hero you don't like. the community overwatch community is a tough one to participate in with how angry everyone gets after they lose and throw
in how much they hate your character, you're bound to get take all of the blame and be reported constantly. i have tried to play different games, such as tekken 6 and battlefield 1, but its just gotten to the point that i cant stand those games. its sad that
i cant play the game that i paid for, twice, because of the reputation system that pretty much bans your account.

    :)

If you are referring to the Xbox reputation system. One person would not put you to the avoid me status. If you have the avoid me status you will just need to work on your reputation. I believe it updates every month.

    réputation Avoid Me

Sorry to hear it. An Avoid Me reputation will prevent you from playing online multiplayer in most games. You can play Battlefield 4 to try and increase your reputation again. Otherwise you'll need to have friends invite you to their lobbies or play on
    a different account.

3 months of "Avoid Me" reputation

Sorry to hear it. The reputation system is a new system that is designed with the player in mind. When you play online and play poorly (doing such things as you've listed above) other players will report you using the reputation system. After too many
reports you will get put into an Avoid Me status.

The only way to get out of that status is to play online with others with an Avoid Me status and so long as you play well others should be able to report you as a Good Player which will bring your status up.

I have heard that Battlefield: Hardline is a good game to play for those in an Avoid Me status or you could have friends invite you to their games. Always remember to play nice so your rep goes up again.

    Harassment

No, it doesn't. The reputation system has no effect on whether he plays with the person in the future. If he want's to avoid the player then go to the bio and select Avoid then Block to prevent him from playing with the person or the person from contacting
    him.

    "Avoid Me" Reputation

As far as my understanding goes, there are currently 2 ways to improve your reputation: play online without getting reported for awhile or wait several months for the negative feedback to expire if you cannot get matchmaked in any of your games. Most games
will only match people in the Avoid Me status with other people in that status so you may have to play a game that has a server browser such as Battlefield 4 if you have difficulty matchmaking in other games.

While I hope that Microsoft improves the reputation system to prevent people landing in the Avoid Me zone over a couple of reports, allow people to submit positive feedback regarding others, and to enable the Superstar reputation level(blue meter that is
maxed out) that was mentioned over a year ago, the above paragraph is the best advice that I know of for the time being.
