Reputation system abused frequently

I have had continuing issues with my account reputation being tarnished without warrant. I play overwatch and reached top-tier being ranked as the #14 Hanzo inbthe game. Once this happened though I began receiving many reports from players who simply did
not want to have to queue with me. I have read all the material about the reputation system and the code of conduct inbthe enforcement website and I have not violated any of it yet the reports filed against me still count towards giving me a negative reputation.
I have played other games and brought my reputation back up only to find that once I play overwatch again my reputation again sinks. I have spoken with the support team several times and apparently they can't put me in contact with enforcement nor contact
enforcement themselves. If enforcement could look at my account and see that these reports are not valid to clear them my experience with Xbox would benefit greatly.

The 360`s reputation system has never worked and never will.

I honestly can`t see the xbox one system being any better when its so open to being abused.

They should remove it altogether.

It seems you did not actually read my post before submitting your "answer". I have already read all the material on how the reputation system is suppose to work. My issue is that I am a victim of that system being abused and apparently nobody can do anything
about it except post links to the same useless information.

 

HanzTrolo - I know exactly how you feel. I am experiencing the same issues whilst playing Call of Duty. I am being reported excessively for unsporting behavior and cheating without any merit! Most likely just because I am good at the game.

I am getting the same response from Microsoft telling me there is no one I can speak to! Very frustrating! All they tell you to do is read their advice on the website when all you want to do is speak to someone so it can be looked into!

 

So I played 80 games of world of tanks, took about 3-4 hours and got my rep from "avoid me" to "good". But then I played like 4 games of overwatch, went into team chat and was being positive and a good sport and the next day I'm back to "needs work". It's
so frustrating that apparently there's no way to argue these obviously false reports. And now I have to play even more world of tanks just to be able to play the game I actually want to. Getting real tired of Xbox's "support".
