Reputation Status

I have been placed in the "Avoid Me" zone and have been stuck there for about a week and half or so. I'm aware that the enforcement team are the only ones that can help me and I've attempted to make contact with them a number of times, but to this point
I have yet to make any progress resolving my issue. I realize posting here won't change much as far as my current reputation status but I am curious if anyone else's reputation status has been declining recently or has reached the "avoid me" level. I have
been reported a total of 8 times for "cheating" over the span of a month and a half or so and that has resulted in me being in the dreadful "avoid me" zone. I only play one game(Madden NFL 15) and to my knowledge there isn't even a way to "cheat." I am aware
that there is an algorithm in place that is supposed to weed out the false feedbacks from the justifiable ones but I'm afraid that it doesn't work the way Microsoft intended. Also, according to Microsoft in order to be removed from this zone one must play
more games without receiving negative feedback. The one issue with that is that being in the "avoid me" zone makes it nearly impossible to participate in any online game.

I would like to know how many people are having this issue, if any, besides me. Please post here if you've been in the "avoid me" zone at any point or if your rep is declining. If you were in the "avoid me" zone, how long did it take for you to get to the
"needs work" stage? Any comments regarding this topic are encouraged.

If possible I would like this post to not be locked, as I am in no way bashing Microsoft or anything of that nature. I am simply searching for answers and/or feedback from fellow online players.

How do I see my reports?

Reputation/report statistics aren't normally viewable until your reputation is in "Needs Work" or "Avoid Me" status.

Xbox Live Enforcement page on reputation status advises that an "Avoid Me" reputation may impact your matchmaking experience.

I recommend looking at the Enforcement site I linked above and reviewing their recommendations on how to improve your reputation status to better your online matchmaking experience.

There have been several posts on this topic. You are correct that this is an enforcement issue. The reason these posts have ended up locked is that this is not a support issue, so I would expect that this will be locked as well. Your best bet is to go here:
Xbox Ideas, powered by UserVoice and look for this topic. If you find a post on this topic, vote on it. If you do not see a current topic covering this, start your own. Other then that, I suggest you try to
play with friends to help raise your rep. I know that this is not the answer you were hoping for, but it really is your best bet.

Thank you for replying outsider, I visited the site you provided and voted for the reputation system to be fixed. I understand that this isn't a support issue but I don't know where else to turn. The enforcement team just replies with automated messages
over and over again so I can't get any answers from them. I was hoping that this post can at least help me by having other online players who have experienced this problem tell me how they went about it. Perhaps even you could shed some light on the situation
as I have many questions. As I stated previously I am not able to get in to any games so does that mean that my account is essentially disabled because my rep will never go back up? Or does it come back after a certain period of time? If so how long? Any comment
or answer could help as I am very confused as to what my next step should be.

Several others have contacted the Enforcement Team as well. Sometimes they answer by private message. I have not been able to figure out if your rep goes up by just having time pass. Some think it does. The site says the fastest way for it to happen is multiplayer
with no complaints. I have suggested to others that you all try to get together and play the same game at the same time so you have better chances of getting into games. I suggested somebody start a thread on the General Discussion forum to try to get together
with other like rep people and plan game times. Play with friends if you can. To check to see if you received a reply by private message, click the support button at the top right of most pages, then scroll all the way down to the bottom and you will see if
you have any PM's. You might want to check the support forums for other posts on this, and possibly contact some of the others having the same problem to try to get together to play. Also, some of them have had limited success on getting their rep fixed and
could walk you through how they did it.

In order for all of us with this issue to get in to a game it would require us to all be on at the same time, not to mention all own the same game. I only play one game (Madden) and the others that I have contacted play different games such as Forza and
Destiny. Arranging a game with them would mean that I would have to go out and purchase those other games which to me seams like a bit too much. The reason for my reputation dropping according to my enforcement page is "cheating." As far as I'm concerned there's
no such thing in the game that I play or in any of the other games for that matter. It seems like one would have to go through so much in order to repair their reputation status, if the only solution would be to go out and buy more games so that I can play
with others. I have tried multiple times contacting the enforcement team and have gotten nothing but a copy and paste message again and again, so once more I'd like to thank you for at least attempting to help me and not just referring me to the "code of conduct
page" or to the "enforcement page."

I do understand how hard it would be to organize something like that. But sadly I just do not have any other ideas. I believe in the spirit of the new rep system, they just want people to be decent to each other.

And look at this screenshot too. Because of this unsyncing, broken system, I cannot make a case about my false accusations that I cheated, when I clearly have NOT cheated. But as they say it, "Know your enemy", I know how toxic players can cheat on some
games, yet they get away with it while legitimate players who mind their own business (like me) get dipped into "Avoid Me" because they got flooded by reports of sore losers.

Reputation Status
