    I have a problem with the reputation on my xbox live profile.

    If I access through 'enforcement' to see my reputation, look like a good reputation, a perfect situation.

    However, if I join my profile through live xbox live, it may improve.

    My reputation rises up and down in a few hours of continuous, no reason.

    I phoned 2 times at microsoft help center, they told me that only you can check the problem and fix it.

    Can you update reputations on my xbox live profile?

    They told me that only you can fix it

    I figured it was just a spoof by xbox to make players think they would get a "bad reputation" if they cheated, or verbally abused other players. Pretty sure it's B.S.

    Sorry, but support gave you incorrect information. No one here can fix your rep. The enforcement site and the console don't always sync up at the same time which could be the reason you're seeing 2 different sets of information. You can find information

    Can not anyone fix this error ?? What should i do?

    If my xbox live profile is not updated how can I improve my reputation if it's already great?

    Who can I ask to fix this error ??

    No one can fix your rep for you. Your rep improves when you play online without being reported, but it can take time. Playing free to play games (like World of Tanks, Neverwinter, etc.) are good for helping to improve rep.
