Reputation questions

I played a match of Gears 4 and me and another guy were talking some smack to each other. After the match the guy messaged me telling me he had gotten everyone on the team to avoid me. Now my rep is avoid even though on the enforcement page it says I have
a good rep. It sounds to me like this guy abused the reputation system to try and get it so I cannot play. This sounds like an abuse, and him trying to manipulate the rep system. This low rep seems unjustified, and I would like to know if my rep can be restored.

First this guy manipulated the system to get everyone at once on the team to all effect my reputation so that should void those strikes against my rep. Second since he did all those people at once my rep is avoid so cannot find a
match. All of the ways to improve your rep are if you are in a match. So what do you suggest since I am not able to get into a match , and can those manipulated strikes be removed from my account? I need an answer to resolve this issue, and restore my reputation.

I see there are plenty of questions regarding our reputation, so let's clear it up! If anyone has any questions regarding the way our reputation system works or how to improve your reputation, I strongly encourage you each check our Xbox
One Reputation System page.

If you're curious about the amount of reports you have on your account, you can check the amount of reports from the last 6 months on our
Reputation History page while signed in on that page.

If there are any other questions regarding why you're reputation may be lower, then you would want post over in our Xbox One Enforcement forum so our friends from the Enforcement team
can help clarify! They do still check those forums, as a Case Review only applies to enforcement actions and not your reputation.

Hello, I have a question. I have a good reputation but my account got the "avoid me"reputation. I can't play online anymore. How can i change this?

The Enforcement teams don't actually use the forums, so they wouldn't be able to comment on this situation. They only communicate through the
Case Review process, which wouldn't be applicable here.

To get your reputation back up again, you'll need to keep playing online games with other players and over time it will improve. Playing free to play games and MMO type games such as APB Reloaded or Neverwinter will help you match up with other users and
be able to get your reputation in the green again. It's possible that the website hasn't updated with your current reputation status though. The console will be the most up to date.
