Reputation Question?

Hi guys im not sure if this is the right place to put something like this so if it isn't apologies in advance.

I have recently been unable to play online games on my xbox one due to dislocating my shoulder and having my arm in a sling for what feels like a lifetime XD Before i went off my rep was fine and in the green and i was able to play with friends on CoD, FIFA
etc without any difficulty!! I have since returned to gaming following my break and have found my account has been set to "Avoid me"! I messaged someone in the enforcement team in regards to this and as i expected they really are as useless as everyone's says
and i think id have had more luck getting a human reply from a chimp scratching his bum lol!! As per the stats page they include in their pointless copy and paste rubbish i have had no bad reports in 6 months and that's when it seems to have dropped??

I have messaged them several times in response and have had nothing in 3 days!! My question is simple....What do i need to do to get this back up and how long will it take? Now please bare in mind i cant join any online games due to this as there doesn't
seem to be anyone in my rep area! Now ive had near on 15 people prefer me in the last 24 hours and it hasn't shown on my 360 as having changed and im still on 69% avoid? I only had 2 people prefer me before this so it stands to reason that ive only had 5-6
bad reviews all of which i suspect where from bad losers on fifa!! I spoke to a support staff member on the phone and they said its linked from the 360 to the one so its done by percentage from the 360! Does anyone know how often this is updated as i am really
annoyed not only because i cant use the service i pay for but also because the idiots in the enforcement team don't seem to be human beings?

Id appreciate any help or Knowledge from you guys in the community and i am happy to supply proof of my strange looking stats!

Just checked on there and some fudgeer has reported my gamertag in the last 6 months, was it you @Rorifett there was that one game on BF1 :laugh:

 

Is this the part where you can choose to like or avoid a gamer ?

If so it doesn't mean anything at all.

Can't answer why it would prevent you from playing online.

Yeh that's the one! And it seems to be a new feature on the Xbox one whereby if you have more bad than good ratings on the 360 it stops you from playing with people who have solely good ones on the Xbox one! It basically says that because my rep is avoid
me on the one I can only play with people with a similar rep and there don't seem to be any? I did try explain that in the original post!

 

It does stop people playing online in the sense that it will only match you with people that have the same "avoid me" rep.

Your only option is to play with friends or seek out people with the "avoid me" rep and add them to your friends list.

As you play online your rep will increase automatically, if you don`t get any further complaints.

 

See that another problem because even when my friends are the host they find games or invite me to lobbies!! I'm aware that rep improves over time but my question is how long does it take for it to improve? As I'm sure you can imagine I've grown a little
impatient with the whole "waiting"
