Reputation Problem This is Rediculous

I have been an XBL member since as far as I can remember. I am very active in online gaming and play multiple different titles. I have 95 friends and even more followers because i enjoy helping people. Recently i noticed that quite rapidly my reputation
went from good player to red avoid me? I don't understand why, I received no warnings which xbox says it does when your rep drops. And now i find it hard to find opponents for games. I can only assume I am being targetted by players specifically who are getting
beat or getting frustrated they arent good at certain games. Xbox says it have measures in place to prevent this but I have always had a good reputation score and never had any issues until recently. So What is going on and how can I fix this, called customer
service they are as helpful as the government and no answers on here. I strongly believe I have been unfairly targetted because i am a very active players and go out of my way to help others.

Removed from ambassadors program

After being randomly being communications probation or whatever for doing nothing i was removed from ambassadors which is rediculous ive been a xbox player since xbox original and i have had nothing but good reputation. I would like to be put back into the
ambassadors program please.

 

Spoke to customer support. Informed me this is a ongoing problem and they have a team of people trying to work and fix it. Immediately within an hour of this post and talking to cs my rep went from red to orange. The system has serious flaws .I even checked
how many negative comments againta me. 11 in 6 months. Your talking 6 months of gaming over a thousand hours. Played with hundreds of players .and 11 negative *** u at bad rep what kind of ratio is that. The system is designed to steer away jerks and cheats
but is seriously seriously flawed.

 

I went from Red to Green in one day, after being a 10 year, always Green, member. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated!

 

Happened to me today as well. Went from always green to red instantly. Now I can't matchmake in to any game.

 

I am of the same opinion as you go from red to green in 1h

I have 10 years experience on xbox live for ever in trouble and I'm a player has reason to avoid

BF hardline works defo played 8 hours yesterday rep still the same no reports or anything towards me, twitch is another thing they say you will lose funny that because i was streaming hardline last night......

The worst thing about this is i only play battlefield 4 thats it really 4 years on live 2 years on bf4 im ranked no1 in london for carbine kills and have around 1500 hours played. i play every day well i did till this crap started.

Not sure playing hardline will improve your rep but its the only game i can online for now.

Please fix this xbox !!!
