    Reputation - Policy Enforcement Team

I had a chat with an online representative (Anne) for Xbox live and they directed me to post here.

She said this is where I can get a hold of the Policy Enforcement Team.

May I kindly ask the Policy Enforcement Team to please get in touch with me regarding the following issue.

I have not played XboxOne for approximately 6 months at which point my reputation was indicating as 'Good'.

I got back on last few nights for the first to discover that my reputation is showing as 'Avoid Me'.

Nobody else has access to my XboxOne or my account.

Can somebody from the Policy Enforcement Team please get in touch with me regarding this matter to resolve this mysterious issue?

I just payed for my Gold renewal after letting it lapse for 2 months & simply want to play

when it's convenient for me without having to spend valuable time on Chats & forum posts.

My windows of XboxOne entertainment are small, I have a family with young children, PLEASE HELP QUICKLY before the little terrors get home!

    Regards,

    EvnAfo

    :)

Regards of the rep system being broken

If I rack up many reports in a short period of time, will my reputation automatically go down? No, your reputation will not go down until someone from the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team reviews the reports. If the reports are false, they will have no
impact on your reputation. If the reports are confirmed, your reputation score

so you got caught breaking the rules .. accept and move on Reputation - Policy Enforcement Team ;)

There is no one from enforcement here.

Enforcement do not deal with reputation levels, even if they were here.

Support were wrong to send you here.

Well honestly there is not too much to do. Customer support can't fix your reputation. They lack the tools needed. The enforcement team will inform you as to the reasons why you are banned/suspended. They also lack the tools need for this. There isn't a
particular area that handles this situation is in a gray area. A limbo if you will.

There isn't really a good place for your particular issue, however, this:
    news.xbox.com/.../games-reputation-feature

article states that "Ultimately, your reputation score will determine which category you are assigned – "Green = Good Player," "Yellow = Needs Improvement" or "Red = Avoid Me." Looking at someone’s gamer card you’ll be able to quickly see their reputation.
And, your reputation score is ultimately up to you. The more hours you play online without being a jerk, the better your reputation will be; similar to the more hours you drive without an accident, the better your driving record and insurance rates will be.
Most players will have good reputations and be seen as a “Good Player.” The algorithm is looking to identify players that are repeatedly disruptive on Xbox Live. We’ll identify those players with a lower reputation score and in the worse cases they will earn
the “Avoid Me” reputation. Before a player ends up with the “Avoid Me” reputation level we will have sent many different alerts to the “Needs Improvement” player reminding them how their social gaming conduct is affecting lots of other gamers.

    "

So basically if you aren't doing anything bad, your rep will eventually go back to normal. I know it isn't ideal but I hope this answer helps.

They meant to send you there. There is a specific Xbox Enforcement forum where you can create a post and an enforcer will check into your case and reply within due time. Remember to include your gamertag when making a post there.
