Reputation or Avoiding Players

Before the console launched there was a lot of press regarding the reputation system that would be on Xbox One. On the 360, players were given the option to leave feedback and try to avoid players. Currently there doesn't seem to be a way to avoid players
in this fashion for Xbox One. I have encountered many players who I wish to avoid for things as exploiting gameplay features, which are not explicitly cheating, but shystie enough for me to want to not play with them ever again if at all possible.

How can we avoid players? Block seems to block communication with them (which doesn't even come close to solving the problem) and Reporting does not really fit as I am not trying to get them banned or genuinely believe they are cheating or breaking the TOS
for the console.

Please help.

Forza 5 Is Unplayable Online

Wow you all must not have much experience with Forza or Gran Turismo.. Players been doing this shit forever in racers, not just the sims either. Oh and blaming Turn 10 is just fucking stupid. Use your reputation features. Avoid, avoid, avoid, in time you'll only be paired with good players.

Rep issues

Hi there,

Reputation can be decreased based on reports against you from a while ago, not just recently. The system makes sure that most reports against you that are fake, or done out of jealousy etc. are filtered out. Only genuine reports against you will be counted.

You can get your reputation back up by playing online with other 'Avoid me' players, and avoiding sending bad messages, or even talking in game chat.

3-4 update will have reccent players. And you can easy access there profile there. But that update will come next month. Until then. You mannally do it on the home screen.

The OP is referring to the reputation system not the recent players list.

To answer that I believe there is no way of avoiding or preferring other players yet. I just use the block feature. I don't even know if that even works because I have never seen anyone online who doesn't have a good reputation.

My reputation is still "Avoid Me" when I look at it on my actual Xbox One profile but according to the chart on my Enforcement reputation page, my reputation has been green (stating that I'm a Good Player) for the past six months and yet I'm still an avoid
me player with only 3 reports filed against me. Only three! How does that work?

the reputation system is designed to be resilient and to prevent abuse from other players. There are a number of protections put in place to ensure that other users are not unfairly affecting your reputation score. Reputation takes into account a wide range
of data points, of which community feedback is only one component. However, in order to ensure the security and integrity of the reputation system and Xbox Live, we cannot divulge specific reputation protections.

To have a better reputation avoid activity that other players are likely to view as unfair or unsportsmanlike and avoid making unsportsmanlike comments.
