Reputation On My Xbox Live Account

Hi there,

Recently my account's reputation has reached the lowest it has ever been. Now whilst I'm completely unaware of what it is exactly that I have done to deserve such a reputation, I would still like to know more clearly why my reputation has been hit so very
hard. More information on building it back up to a better standard would be very appreciated and for tips on how to avoid it being lowered in the future would also be great.

Although I'm not exactly pleased with some of the suspensions and such being placed on my account unfairly (in my opinion), I can respect that you have to do what you feel you need to when it is necessary. I also feel that the reputation and reporting system
is too easily abused and exploited, I've discussed this with many gamers over the past few months and they've all said very similar things. In the past I've had friends send messages to people that aren't exactly offensive, yet they've still been punished
for it.

Any information on my accounts reputation and what instructions I must follow to build it back up would be amazing.

I have this account blocked. I would appreciate it if Xbox live could look in to the files reports on this account.

I was told specifically by the support team to write a thread on here and I would receive a reply. So I'm guessing I've been lied to yet again? Classic Xbox.

 

Unfortunately phone and chat support are known to send people to the forum with incorrect information when it comes to something they don't handle directly. The enforcement team used to use the forums which is why they send you here, but they no longer use
them.
