Reputation is NOT Improving

I was wrongly reported by other competitive Halo players so that I don't match them in MM. I was reported for cheating and communication - and I don't cheat, lest I'd be banned already; and I talk with my friends in party chat. I have had good standing on
my account since it was created. I've had green reputation until August, until it dropped to red - and now I can not find a game in online matchmaking on Halo:MCC.

My reputation will not raise no matter how long I wait. There is no way to improve my reputation. It's a huge turn-off that my experience, (that I paid for) is being dictated by players I match against. Since 07', and previously (with the TruSkill system)
- players file complaints to avoid matching each other in Matchmaking. The system is broke. Don't refer me to another section of the forums or to support - I've contacted Enforcement, (who gave me a rundown of why my reputation is low - as if I didn't know),
posted on forums and called Xbox's Support line.

The entire thing is a joke. The people that I talked to on the phone were agreeing with me that the system is broken. My account is in good standing and has been since its' creation, so they were getting a good laugh out of it - but the issue isn't resolved
and hasn't been - no matter how many automated replies I get aside from talking to people who can not help me in any way.

HI Uh Gabriel,

I'm sorry that you're having a hard time getting your reputation back up to good player status. The only way you can get your status back up to good is by playing games online without having any bad reported behavior. I've heard people have good luck
finding games in Battlefield Hardline and newly released games. With the YouTube videos, it's against the Xbox Forums TOU to name other players, so please keep that in mind moving forward.
