Reputation is low, can't join multiplayer games. I think false feedback might be an issue.

I need help with my reputation score. I think people are sending in false reports on my account.
So yesterday my reputation turned 'Bad' then today it turned to, 'avoid me'. I think someone on twitch might've gotten their followers to mass report me or something? I don't know. I need a mod to help me find out how my reputation has dropped so so fast.
I contacted support at xbox.com and chatted with a live support agent, but they referred me here. If they are false reports sent en masse, or something similar, can we please reverse the abusive damage done by those false reports? Please help. My email is:

Positive Feedback to a User?

"No, you can't get your friends to give fake positive feedback to fix your avoid me reputation."

Surely the system Microsoft have in place to detect false negative reports would be equally as effective in detecting false positives as well?

 

"Avoid Me" Flawed Reputation System

I've gotten the "Avoid Me" reputation and I cannot raise my reputation from it. I don't even understand how I got it in the first place, I haven't been abusive towards people and I havent cheated. I mainly play Overwatch with friends (I never use game chat)
and Warframe (once agian I never use game chat). And I haven't cheated in either so I don't understand how I got low reputation unless there has been false reports. On top of that the only way to get a higher reputation is to play online without bad feedback
but that's impossible when you can't play online in the first place. Which is why the report and reputation system are so flawed.

 

Because I watch Gears Live Fight Nights at live.gearsofwar.com and entered my gt to a friend in that public chat that is a streamer, I think some people in the chat might've done something to mass report me or something. There are alot of trolls in that
chat...
