    Reputation Help


    I've called customer service serveral times, and this will be my second forum post. Customer service is literally no help at all, everytime I call they either say go to enforcement.xbox.com or to keep playing games until my rep goes up.

    My problem? I cant play most of my games because my rep is in avoid me. All I play is Overwatch but whenever I play I do extremely well. If you consistently do well people will not want to play against you or they "think" youre cheating. So what do they
    do? They report and block me. Ridiculous. Why cant I play my games because I do very well? Microsoft doesnt seem like they plan on solving this issue since its been around for the past year. Customer service sucks and the enforcement team hasnt done no better.

    Been playing xbox for many years but what theyve done with the xbox one is, to be blunt, dumb. Ill give it another week for them to reply or for customer service to actually help. If not, ill be returning my xbox one console and taking my money to PS4. This
    isnt something hard to resolve, its like the enforcement team doesnt check if reports or complaints are actually valid before they do things.

    Dissapointed.

    I'm afraid we aren't able to help out with your reputation, but there are quite a few factors that go into receiving bad reputation. Be sure to check out
    Enforcement.xbox.com for info on how the reputation system works. Keep playing fair and respectful towards other players to help improve your reputation.

    actually they do check

    You just don't understand how it works

    It doesn'tafter of you think you are doing nothing wrong

    You don't understand

    Rep is decided by the community not you

    Just like in real life and on psn rep isn't decided by you

    If you do not change your behaviour you will just be costing yourself more andote money

    Cheating does include unsportmanlike behaviour which includes communications etc

    Psn also uses the same system you will be matched with avoid me yes but if you continue your behavipur you will only stay therr

    Be human it's not rocket science

    No trash talking no excessive stuff

    Etc

    There are lots and lots of free non matchmaking. Games like never winter or startrek

    World of tanks etc

    But of course if you continue your behavipur and don't improve you cant get out of avoid me and it will be the same result as psn and Nintendo use the same rep system

    Hello, me again!

    Now, I am begging for XBLPET to at least look into my issue. I will provide proper links to submitted evidence. Now, where to begin:

    - I was put into "Avoid Me" on July 26th, 2015; the message popped up about 8:50pm Mountain Time. Now, I admit that I am wholly deserving of it and I've been trying to repair my Reputation for a few weeks.

    - I am happy to say the Reports for "Unsporting" (the primary complaint against me) have gone down from 29 to 18 over those few weeks. I've been playing alot of Battlefield: Hardline and World of Tanks (without any compaints so far as I know) to try and
    bring up my Rep.

    - However, the main issue I am having is:

    *I will get onto enforcement.xbox.com everyday to check the drop-off progression. My Reputation will be at "Good Player" and then later in the day, I will get back on and my Reputation will be back at red and "Avoid Me".

    Checking SmartGlass while at work, the following is from this morning at 7:50am:

    It shows my Status as "Good Player".

    This is from tonight, 8:02pm and having earned an Achievement as well:

    It shows my Status as "Avoid Me".

    My only guess is, that the System is trying to put me back into "Needs Improvement", but something is not working.

    Note that I am not asking to have my record wiped clean, I'm just trying to get an answer as to why it's seemingly not improving.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    dont belive this person Tom, i have been in aviod me even though only 2 reports have been filed on me, XBLPET are the only ones with the proper tools to help you, i really wish the reps on here were more knowledgeable in these matters. just dont give up,
    report them to the BOB and the FTC if you have too, my thread hasnt even been approved, this is just sad the way they treat people, and im incocent, only two reports filed on my in the past 6 months....the system is VERY broken

    Hey ther anonymous tom there really isnt a way to check if your rep is improving, just keep playing online and dont have other players report you or file complaints against your account while playing on xbox live.
