Reputation Going down fast - not fair

I have had my Xbox live account for around 6 months and the first 5 were all in good standing. These last two my reputation has been going down. I have been getting reported or cheating and for unsporting, i was never getting reported until i purchased my
own server on bf4 to play with friends and other people, all the reports started to show up after i started administrating the server, when i kick someone they know who kicked them because im serer owner and i have been getting reported. I have been kicking
people for legitimate reasons, not using squad leader functions which denies other plays the extra exp and the full experience of BF4, iv banned a few people for glitches in game. where they get into a object that should not of and cant be killed. Kicked people
for using racist language in game chat. When i kick them for legitimate reasons they take it out on the server owner. When i have a good game i get reported for cheating because im MVP and have a 8.0 or better KDR in a few games but then i have my bad games
where i cant break even. Im at a 2.5 KDR on bf4 so not amazing.Just don't get a lot of deaths when i play with friends because of revives.

REP system needs a overhaul. I'm not in avoid me yet but i will soon be, just got reported again today for cheating. i check the enforcement site daily

AVOID ME REPUATION

can anyone help me I'm sick of playing forza and my reputation goes down to avoid me and I haven't even down anything wrong. My reputation was needs work because of forza. So I had a idea I went on to play forza and before I played it I broadcasted every
race because I had a feeling my reputation would go down when I have been driving clean and fair as I went on after a few races a team came into the lobby and started taking me out so I just kept going on driving clean and after a few races my reputation was
down to avoid me? If they can watch broadcasts on twitch surely they will see that I haven't did anything wrong and put my reputation back up and warn the players who reported me for nothing the could warn them of reporting people for nothing

 

"Avoid Me" Reputation flawed

I was placed under Avoid me Reputation without being a player that deserves that title. Over the coarse of 4 months I have played with other Gamers that have openly admitted to giving me Bad Rep simply Because I beat Them in a competitive match. This is
not fair or just worthy to put me in that Reputation category.

This reputation systme is flawed because it is suppose to take peoples experience with you over the coarse of a long period of time but many players over that time can report you anyways for reasons that are not fair. like losing.

I should not be in avoid me reputation for respectfully being better than other payers. please restore my reputation.
