Reputation error?

Hi there,

My accounts reputation has suddenly dropped from good to red bad. this is very strange as i hardly play online with other users and have recently been away on holidays.

when i check the reputation page, it says there has been no complaints made and shows a chart where it goes good from January to July and then drops in august and then goes back up to green. even though it still says i got a bad reputation. i think there
has been an error?

Just checked on there and some fudgeer has reported my gamertag in the last 6 months, was it you @Rorifett there was that one game on BF1 :laugh:

 

Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help here. You would need to start a conversation at the Enforcement website. You would do this by logging in with the affected gamertag.

Where abouts on the enforcement page do i contact them onyx62is? i don't see a contact button

 

After signing in you should be able to see a box listing your reputation and/or any enforcement actions on it. You should be able to access the option by clicking on one of the boxes.
