Reputation discrepancies

My reputation on console says avoid me which is irritating because i have 20 minute wait times to get into multiplayer games but my reputation on the enforcement web page says my reputation is good and i haven't received any notifications about reports since
January of 2017 why is my reputation on avoid me. I contacted support which appealed my reputation to enforcement so we'll see what becomes of it.

The only place for your true reputation is your own profile on your console.or this website .no.where else

My account says that I have a good reputation, however I have avoid me on my profile. Can someone please explain the discrepancy? Also, I only have one comms ban, and within 1 day I went to avoid me. How did this happen? Can this please be rectified
as I cannot play some games now.

 

I know me too, this teme sucks, do not buy more microsoft articles because they only report children who play games for adults and microsoft does nothing about it, i do not recommend microsoft anymore, and I have played since the first xbox, but now they
only care more about selling instead of worrying about their customers.

 

I heard that sony has no that kind of problems ... realy considering change to playstation. Enforcement is a bizarre joke.
