My reputation is still on good player.

Like I said After the first report I would have like to receive a warning and it would have been enough for me.

I don't think that a way to treat loyal customers. I have had an xbox since the very first one and have been on the live live for 6 years. I think that should have been considered.

I know 24h is not a long ban. And trust me I learn my lesson but it is pretty frustrating to be ban without a warning.

No reading and agreeing to the code of conduct is not a warning. If you are driving and get pulled over by cops and it is a minor infraction most likely you will get a warning. Yet you have a driving license...

    :)

Taken directly from the enforcement site:

    Shouldn’t I receive a warning before a suspension?
The Code of Conduct clearly outlines the rules of Xbox Live and establishes what content and behavior is not appropriate. We strongly encourage all players to familiarize themselves with this document (don’t worry, it’s a quick read!) to best understand
how to keep Xbox Live fun for everyone. When a player agrees to the Microsoft Services Agreement and Code of Conduct, it’s expected that they understand the rules of the service.

In many cases, a suspension itself also acts as a warning. When XBLPET issues a suspension, it serves as an indication that a Code of Conduct violation occurred and affected player needs to re-visit the rules. If you receive a suspension, please take a moment
to think about the behavior that led to it and visit our Stay Safe section to understand how Code of Conduct violations negatively impact the Xbox Live community.

I can read thank you. I did not say you were wrong or I was right. I just think these rules could be revisited and a warning without sanction would have been enough. It is all I am saying.

I did not even know about the enforcement website before I was suspended.

I did one mistake in 6 years. I was pretty aggressive two different persons because they team killed me multiple time on Rainbow Six.

I never complained about the system before. I still think the enforcement could be rethink.

Also the time between I had a report filed and the time I got ban I could have continue that bad behavior. A warning as soon as someone filed against me would have let me change my behavior right away and avoid multiple reports (two in total and being ban).

If you don't agree I am sorry it is just my point of view.

"For example I was able to see that I was reported 4 times in the last 6 months and 2 of them were for unsporting behavior and 2 were for communication language."

Sounds like a 24 hour ban seems just. You abused the system and were punished. Your past loyalty should not sway a enforcement decision. I'm glad that they are impartial and transparent when it comes to enforcement.

Nice to see the system works perfectly.

I am definitely not question my ban. I was wrong I paid the price it is fair.

What I am not happy with is that after the first report I could have received an email saying hey stop that or you will get ban. I would have stopped right away and would have avoid hateful messages toward the second person and not get ban.

    Really?

I received one email saying I was ban for 24h. That is not a warning it is a punishment. Only after the email I realized that 4 people reported me in the last 6 months.

Warning: a statement that tells a person that bad or wrong behavior will be punished if it happens again

I was not told my behavior was bad only once I was punished. This is not warning.

The perfect warning would have been an email after the first report. Trust me I would have stopped communicating with anyone but my friends.

Strange, you must be the first person ever who did not get the warning when you signed up for XBL?

When they ask you to read the code of conduct it is not a warning.

And come on I was 16 and it was 6 years ago.

I am just questioning a system that could avoid to be punished at the first mistake. It is not like I committed murder. I got mad a 2 people in six month for team killing me in a game...

It is not a big deal I am not ban anymore and will not send messages from now on. I just wished that the enforcement team sent me an email at the first report. Is that too difficult to understand?

Oh, okay you want multiple warnings then. Kinda defeats the idea of punishment then.

Well if your point is to be rude your are right on. Great community as always. Oh and change the red color it is very aggressive.

I would love to know where is your warning. And I am sure you read the full term and condition of user before you sign in.

To not agree is not rude. To claim someone was, when they were not might be but this Thread is not about that. And truly thats the first I have ever heard a color can be aggresive? Oh well. Hey, good luck with your future on XBL.

It clearly tells you in the code of conduct that "bad or wrong" behaviour will get you punished.

It also tells you what is & isn't acceptable.

Seems to me like you were given ample warning.
