Reputation banned with no warning.

My account has had a declining reputation after climbing the overwatch competitive ladder. It is absolutely absurd that I have 50k+ gamerscore on a 7 year account that is now effectively banned from matchmaking due to an automated reported system.
I have received absolutely no help or warning from Xbox support as I am unable to be put into matches anymore. My Xbox has suddenly lost a lot of value and I feel like I'm being ripped off by a company I have been loyal to.

Black Ops 2 Probation Warning

It usually varies how long you will be banned. If this is the first it only take less that an hour. If you keep receiving this warning the ban will be longer than the previous one, until they ban your account. I am quite confused because I play Black Ops 2 and I usually don’t receive this warning if it caused by bad connections.

Your rep is the way your online actions are rated by other gamers and has nothing to do with an enforcement act. In the future make sure to keep smack talk at a minimum and avoid being over aggressive to other gamers. Best way to get out of the "avoid me"
is to play different coop games with a large pool of gamers

also a console does not need to be modded to be banned, it can be banned for the user having to many warnings or temp bans, or account theft or store theft. like others have said, if you plan on buying a used console then do so from a reputable company
that provides a full warranty

The account would not of banned for "no reason" & they were warned,the ToU/CoC that everyone has to agree to when starting a account is your warning.

Reputation has nothing to do with whether someone can be banned/suspended or not & anyone can be perma banned for a first offence if that offence is severe enough.

As the enforcement team don't use the forums your "friend" would need to log on to the enforcement site HERE for info on their ban & to file for a case review if eligible.

So my friends account got perma baaned for no reason, without a warning, he had good reputation too. I was wondering if it is at all possible to his account unbanned. He has not gotten a suspention also.

Your friends warning is the terms of service/code of conduct he agreed to when creating his account.

Xbox enforcement does not ban for "no reasom". Permanent bans dont just happen for no reason and if he got a permanent ban that usually means he has been banned before (or it was for something more seriois) You can also have a perfect reputation and still
get banned. Reputation has nothing to do with enforcement team action at all.

That being said mistakes do happen so if he believes he was banned by mistake then he can submit a case review as mentioned here

That will make it so a 2nd person in the enforcement team will review the ban and double check that it was done in error. If it was a mistake then the ban would be lifted. If it was not a mistake then the case review would be "upheld" and ban would remain.
If it gets upheld than that would mean two people had investigated the account and determined the ban was valid.
