    Hi,

    I am writing concerning the unexpected drastic drop to my reputation from what good to avoid me and the headaches this has been causing me. I have been told customer service was going to look into this after repeated contact with them (see reference numbers:
    [Mod Removed] ) . I have had xbox live for at least ten years now and the only time I have been reported was when I would be winning against people in call of duty in my younger days and they said i was using an aimbot or whatever. This avoid me reputation
    has kept me from connecting to any lobbies in any game mode in call of duty ww2 but only in call of duty ww2. Now my little brother who is not the greatest at games due to his young age would play on my account from time to time but do not feel as though he
    could earn enough negative reviews to place me in this category. I find the system to be flawed as anyone can report anyone for anything really and when in avoid me you are pretty much pseudo indefinitely banned from online play with no oversight or appeals
    process in place. I am currently in law school and was looking to this much needed break to play some more on call of duty and enjoy new content but alas that dream was thwarted. I would appreciate that this be remedied immediately and that I be kept in the
    loop as I was told I would be in my first interaction with customer service a few days ago when I provided my email and was told I would be updated upon the end of her shift and I was not. Now i know my little brother can be bad which may anger some people
    and lead to reports to which I was unaware could inhibit my gameplay so much but I am asking that this avoid me reputation be cleared out on the understanding I will no longer be allowing him to play on my account. Though I find it amazing that he only plays
    Starwars Battlefront II so therefore he could only be reported from there but yet I am still allowed to play that game without any problems and yet I am essentially blacklisted from Call of Duty ww2 which he does not play. Either way if you could respond to
    this preferably in the form of a xbox message which would pop on on my xbox or through email to [Mod Removed] it would be greatly appreciated.

    Account case review?

    A bit ago my reputation was at avoid me ...I worked and got it to Needs work and have been working since to now my reputation no longer says anything on my xbox .....Curious as I am I was wondering if my reputation is Ok why cant I see it anymore so I asked
    Xbox help.

    They said my account has a case review inquiry .....What does that mean? I have no suspensions or anything have been good to the fact my reputation has gone up so what is the case review inquiry PLEASE HELPPPPP

    Hello, I have an inquiry about my Xbox live account reputation being at avoid me as I have just gotten my account at the 2nd stage of needs work and I was able to play again!. But now they are deliberately putting my rep Back to avoid me I don't know why
    Though? This is very irritating

    You can learn more about reputation and how to improve yours at enforcement.xbox.com. It can only be improved over time and cannot be changed manually.

    playing more games without changing your bad behaviour won't help

    Your best option is to read the online feedback from your enforcement reputation to see what exactly bothers people about your behaviour

    Trashtalking etc etc should always be moderate not.excessive etc

    If 80% of your fellow players you play against says you are a bad sportmans then maybe you should change your behaviour it's not rocket science

    And fyi legal threats or polling for one is a violation of the terms of use of the forums
