Reputation at Good Player - Microsoft blocking access to Friday the 13th

According to my profile and the enforcement site, my reputation is now at "Good Player". Why then, am I still unable to play Friday the 13th? It works on family accounts, but not on my own. I was told Microsoft disabled my game temporarily because most
of my reports came from players who were playing Friday with me.

It's some bizarre stuff Microsoft does with policing these days (a highly flawed system honestly). I just want my game to work.

    Thanks.

    Z

    :)

  2. Red bad reputation. i want green Réputation. Solution ?

    thank you for your reply.

I can not play my online reputation and red and I just fell with the player with the same reputation that month so I can not find parts.

if its been 5 months that I play with my account with a bad reputation but I can not play my online reputation thus blocking my access to the multiplayer.

Microsoft have always policed xbox live, this is nothing new.

If it's a game specific ban/suspension then you would need to contact the games developers.

I was told by Microsoft that they flipped a switch on it, not Illfonic. I'm trying to figure out how to get that switch reversed.

And yes, I know darn well that Microsoft has always policed XBOX Live, but they take it to extreme levels, as the many reps at Microsoft have agreed.

This is the first time I've ever had an issue like this.

    The is no "switch".

If it's a specific game suspension or ban then that's not down to Microsoft unless it's a Microsoft made game.

Game specific bans are done by the games developer.

Whoever these "reps" are you spoke to are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so their opinion doesn't matter.

There's nothing extreme about how things are done,it has always been this way.

It's a fact that the reputation system is inherently flawed, often abused, and needs a MASSIVE overhaul. You are not very helpful.

The rep system works fine & has nothing to do with whether you can be suspended or not.

I have given you the correct info so not sure how that is not helpful.

This is taken directly from the enforcement site:

    Game-Specific Bans
Game developers have the ability to build game-specific security into their titles and enforce their community policies independent of the greater Xbox Live system. This is often true for games that feature extensive player-created content or have robust
and active online communities. Since every game is different, the method by which you are notified of a game ban varies by developer.

Game-specific bans fall outside the scope of Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement, and XBLPET and Xbox Support cannot provide insight into game-specific enforcement actions. For specific information about a game ban, please contact the
    appropriate developer or publisher.

It recently got an overhaul because it was being misused and abused. It used to be that if a person got into "Avoid me" territory, that would affect their ability to matchmake in some games, and they'd only be able to play with other people who were also
in "Avoid me". However, MS announced in the middle of August that they were changing that and making it so that rep no longer affects a person's ability to matchmake. Now if a person accrues lots of reports in a certain game, their ability to communicate with
non-friends in that game may be blocked, but their ability to otherwise play the game online as normal will be unaffected
