    My rep was red 08/29/15 then today I get on I was green and still couldn't play so I call support he got me to power cycle now I'm back red what's going on

    You can find information on how the rep system works and how to improve your rep here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I You are the only one who can improve it.

    If other players are harassing you, you would want to file complaints on them so the enforcement team can investigate them.

    If you are currently on "Needs work" or "Avoid me" reputation levels, the only way to restore it back to normal is to continue playing multiplayer games with as many people as possible, and without
    giving anybody a reason to report you.

    Whenever you encounter belligerent players, the best thing to do is to immediately mute them, block, and report for any violations of conduct.

    There isnt a way to fight the ban but if you go to xbox enforcement history and take the quiz it makes it so the ban wont show up on your reputaion and ban history.
