Repost: issues with graphics on Xbox one. PLEASE HELP!!!!

hello, so I've had my console since the week it first released, exelent system up until I decided to buy mafia 3 first and then the new release recore. both games honestly to put it lightly look like crap.. and I have played on other friends console and
the difference in looks between at my house and his is unbelievable.. do any of you guys know why this is happening?? I have 94 games for this console and all are just how they should be, but those two titles out of them all are the only ones that are super
noticable.. it's not the discs or the installation process, I have taken both discs and swapped them out for new ones, and I have installed them both over and over hoping it would help, it did nothing..lol HELP!!!!! p.s also not my tv, brand new for one and
also keep in mind all other 92 games I own look and play amazing... please help me solve this issue, this is my second post for this problem today.. last one nobody replied :/ :/ :/ :/

A long shot as you said all your other games are fine but, HDMI cable? Can you borrow your friends for a few minutes or take your Xbox to his house and try it out? See what it looks like on his T.V? You could also try out a different HDMI port on your T.V.

Get back to me when you've given those a go. If it doesn't fix the issue we'll try some other stuff

 

What kind of "brand new" T.V.? There is a big difference between a 720p Element and a 4k Samsung; heck, I got a 720p Samsung that looks better than the 1080p Element in the extra room.
