    I've been with Xbox for years. Recently I've begun to notice I get banned for nothing. I even got banned for 2 days from using one of xbox's basic gamerpic options. No matter what I do, I always get banned. You've taken such drastic action on my account that I'm no longer able to report anyone. You might ask how do I know this. Well it's quite simple considering when I go to report anyone for doing something that clearly breaks TOS, I get the notification that action couldnt be taken. Now, if I log into my alt account and report the same person, for the same post, for the same comments, the report goes through and normally pretty fast the content get's taken down.

    When it gets to a point where you can't even report people who call you slurs up and down all day it's annoying. Oh and trust me I tried that too, I messaged myself some really hateful stuff and tried to report it as a test and boom, xbox couldn't take action and there was never a coms ban on the account I used to test.

    Before one of you ambassadors even reply to this, just know reports work on my alt account, not my main account. Crazy how that works when they're both on the same console, same wifi, everything.

    I'm tired of getting 8 day bans because I try and do the right thing for once and report someone.

    What a joke of a company and what an even bigger joke of its staff.

    sorry but Ive got to say this AirborneB375 your right you can report people til your face is blue. this is a way of thinking that your doing something. I just played in this MW3 Clan Op and this kid and three of his friend lagged the game out so bad that
    me and my friends could not kill him. Then when I called Him out in the lobby he procceds to tell me that hes been banned and reset before and that he don't care he will just go get another XBL account and be back on the next day. All of the messages are
    in my INBOX if you want to look at them. Please feel free to. I want some one to look. And then before he tells me hes been banned and reset he sends me an ungodly amount of party invites and game invites. This is the type of thing that make me want to
    brake my console and throw it out in the street. All because we have people who are allowed to play with out ANY consequences. If your going to ban people make a piont of doing it to the max with some and let every one know so that the next people that want
    to cheat or use the system for a hate speech that you guys dont put up with it.

    The basic rule for staying safe is to never respond to message that are trying to get you to violate the code, Report and Block the player.

    Sorry to hear it. The PET (Policy Enforcement Team) investigate all claims made by players. So long as you've done nothing wrong you have nothing to worry about.

    I don't cheat so I'm not to worried about eh reporting... I am curious if XBOXlive has a list of good players that are reported all the time. Maybe i can post it on my teams website with our names highlighted.
