    Why are there players on the Xbox One that you CANT report because while they are on the recent player list, you cant open any other application on your Xbox One?

    Seriously, it's like nobody reads their contracts anymore.

    There is no predetermined amount of time that it takes for the XBL enforcement team to look at a complaint. If you are so keen to see if action is taken against them just keep checking their profile.

    A well I think there was an Issue with the Xbox-Live Service...

    I think it should actually work now again...

    I had also Problems opening Friends list in these past Days...

    If you expirience Performance Problems I suggest you to do a Hard Reboot (Full Power Cycle)

    For thath hold PowerButton on running Console for ~15 seconds wait until Console is fully powered down and wait untill Power Supply light turns Orange..

    If it is Orange unplug it from electricity for about 1-5minutes, then try again...

    this will clear system-Cache (temporary files)

    But I think it should work now without Need to do that---

    Also, (for lack of a better word) [Mod Removed]: HOW DO I REPORT SOMEONE IF I HARD RESET MY XBOX? CLEARING TEMP FILES AND CACHE DELETES THIS LIST.

    Hey there one evil chef.

    Bhutankam Pema is one of the many helpful Xbox Ambassadors on our support forums. If you cannot open a certain app, which you mentioned you were unable to load the Friends app in your second post, Bhutankam Pema's steps are valid.

    If there is a certain player you wish to report, you can always search their gamertag in the Friends app and report or block the player when viewing their profile.

    How does the banning system work if it was said through game? Would they go off of the comment explaining what happened when you report them or, would they have to go deeper? Hopefully yall know what im trying to ask

    There is nothing that can be done regarding rep aside from the tips listed here on

    enforcement.xbox.com    . There is no way to manually change or appeal your rep.
