I will try and make this simple and put it in the best form I can.

-If I were to report someone for communication for using very harsh language, being plain rude to people in the game, but what they said was in-game not through messages, what are the chances they'll get banned? Would we all have to report the person and
explain what happened.... could they get banned if only one person had reported them? How does that work? I ask this because, I reported someone for communication for stuff they were saying but they were never actually banned from what I know. Would they ban
someone if I fully explained what had happened? How would they get proof to set a ban if it was said in game? Do you know what im trying to ask? If not, ill try and re-type it out again and try to explain what im asking better.

How does the banning system work if it was said through game? Would they go off of the comment explaining what happened when you report them or, would they have to go deeper? Hopefully yall know what im trying to ask

There is nothing that can be done regarding rep aside from the tips listed here on

enforcement.xbox.com. There is no way to manually change or appeal your rep.

There is no predetermined amount of time that it takes for the XBL enforcement team to look at a complaint. If you are so keen to see if action is taken against them just keep checking their profile.
