    I recently experience an online threat from a fellow Xbox live player. The player blackmailed my friend and I to follow his commands or he would fry my router. I would normally not worry to much but in the message he also stated my IP address. I contacted
    Xbox Support and chatted to an Xbox agent. They gave me great advice and help me get through my crisis. The agent told me to reset my network hardware and contact my ISP. The agent made sure that player that blackmailed me would also see justice. Overall,
    I had a great experience with Xbox customer support and I hope this help anyone who encounters the same issue. Reference number: [Mod Removed]

    Wait a second. Dont you mean just boosters. Because According to the fanbois and trolls who roam this forum there's no such thing as cheating on the xbox360...or atleast if you say there is all hell breaks loose

    I'm glad to hear that you are pleased with the support. Just in case this repeats in the future, please bookmark this page and keep it handy. I imagine it pretty much reflects what the customer support agent told you.

    Please be sure to file a complaint against the user who did this to you as well as blocking communications. You can do this via his profile page. This will send a report off to the PET (Enforcement Team) who will look into it and take the appropriate action
    necessary once they reach a conclusion.
