Reporting player with multiple accounts for harassment and booting

I am asking this question on behalf of my wife who is being harassed by a player because she no longer wants to be friends with them as she found out they are a cheater. This player has maybe 10 main accounts, and maybe created 20 more when she blocked the main ones. We know we can report a player, but one report is not going to stop this as they just make a new account and carry on. There is no way to stop getting friend requests, They are were also booting her until we gott a VPN and is now booting all her friends. They have even admitted to doing this in a message from one of their main accounts.

My wife doesnt want to play the xbox anymore becuase of this player and they is no way to report this type of behaviour only reporting individual players. I want to explained the whole situation to Microsoft so they can take action but I have no way to do this that I know of. Does anyone have any realistic solutions or ways I can contact Microsoft about this.

So how I report all the gamer tags in one go as they are all linked. I am under the impression that they may ignore just one report as that could be a vindictive player trying to get their own back for the wrong reasons. Therefore I can only report each account once and nothing will get done. I need to be able to contact the enforcement team via email to explain the full story, there is more to it than I have already mentioned here. I appreciate your trying to help but surly microsoft have more in place for these situations.

The enforcement team are the only ones who would handle that and reporting them is the only way to have them investigate them. If they've booted her, she would need to contact her ISP as well to alert them of the situation as Xbox cannot see who is doing that.

Reporting is the only way to contact the enforcement team. It only takes 1 valid report for action to be taken.

I get your concern with not posting his GT but honestly he doesn't deserve sympathy he named our street adress and everything hes booted us off multiple times and isnt welcome in the xbox community

mention that in your report to Xbox Live Enforcement.

also, you don't need to wait for office hours to report a player, simply go to the player's profile and click on More and then Report.

if you are unsure which category to choose, I would go with threats or harassment.

also, it isn't about whether he deserves sympathy or not, it's simply that "naming and shaming" is against the forum's rules.

once you have reported the player, mute and block then forget about him.

Report the harassment to a administrator. Or block,mute and ignore the player that is harassing you
