Reporting people

Discus and support Reporting people in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; please can some one tell me why its so hard to report on xbox?     please can some one tell me why its so hard to report on xbox? I have to go through TWO, yes TWO of virtually the exact same two menus for reporting players. Hate speech is a good option but terrorism???? On an xbox???? Are you insane? Who ever build the
    reporting system should be fired. It needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. "I want to report some one for cheating. " "okay, so what is the problem" i want to report some one for cheating" "why do you want to report this person?"

    Its stupid and needs to changed!!!!!!!

    You could also report that to the police, or whatever is appropriate in your state/country.

    If Xbox takes action on the player, you would get a message saying so.
    Not always, in fact getting a message like that is actually quite rare.

    Those folks only work for support, they have nothing to do with policy enforcement. That is the job of the XBL PET and as mentioned above the only way to have them take any sort of action against an offensive player is to use
    the tools on your console to file a complaint.
