    Reporting issue


    my names steven & I’m having serious issues with the Xbox community. Firstly, I’m openly gay & have no issues with people knowing & im proud of who I am.

    But the past couple of months have been a nightmare, I use my Xbox to escape my busy life & to relax and enjoy myself... now everyday I’m receiving rude, inappropriate and hurtful messages from other Xbox users, I report them immediately and also block their
    account & for some reason nothing seems to be taking seriously! - they either don’t get suspended or the create new profiles just to harass me. Isn’t Xbox going to implement something so reporting a profile actually has an effect.

    Hey Pin,

    If that person is no longer in your recently played with list then there will not be a way to report them.

    The complaint filing system is the only method for reporting players to our Enforcement team.

    I'm aware of this feature but I can't use this method - part of the problem is that when the possible incident ccurred the list of players in my profile disappeared/was deleted up to 15 days ago

    Just keep reporting and blocking them. They all will get their due with ET and relax.

    Then there is nothing more to do, the XBLPET will take care of the rest, and keep in mind you cannot call out other users on the forums.

    Hello Ekffazr! I'm sorry to hear about the experience! Are you able to remove the family member in question from the pack and then re-add them to the family? This has been proven to work in the past! Please note that there is a 5 day waiting period between
    removal and ability to re-add the member. Let us know how this works!

    I am having the same problem, iv tried signing in with a different device and while my phone says it has logged in my xbox sats otherwise. We’re not morons who leave the caps lock on, please fix this problem.
