Reporting Idiot Players

Hey I am just making this post as a question what happens to the reports that are sent from Xbox Live and how are things checked to see if the case is true or not?

For 1 I was once sent an insulting message and I reported him he insulted me because I killed him one to many times for his liking he was the other team mind you but just to see what happens I also kept the message in my inbox I check every few days and he
was NEVER banned for sending an insulting message yet I was once banned for having
[Mod removed] yet a guy may insult me and get away with it.

It has happen for then once for me and many other people just on Elder yesturday the as been a kid going around offering a werewolf bite for 5k people fall for it pay the 5k and he leaves his been doing it for a week and YET HIS STILL NOT BANNED the worse people
on Xbox Live are getting away with everything while the people who mess up once in awhile are the people getting the bans I dont find Xbox Live to be as just as it should be as for one banned for f and k in my bio yes clearly that is in the COC I broke it
I am bad I paid for it but I do remember reading in the COC once that you must be of age to TALK on Xbox Live yet there are kids all over the place bad mouthing and saying they slept with our mothers reporting them does not seem to do anything so I ask HOW
is this whole reporting thing done?

As I have a number of unfriendly gamers who have made this gamer very unhappy.

I agree. Xbox users please understand that the user you report are being investigated and action is being taken. There is a forum with overwhelming evidence that users are being suspended and banned. If you run into an issue file a complaint and move
on.

Maybe, a push to get all the support deparments on the same page, is a good idea

Bing wants me to use someone elses information to prove who I am.......

I do think information is wrong a lot of the time. Although, User error has a big part in this issue...

Phone support tells people to post here, just as much as web support tells people to call them....

Remember SUPPORT is different then General Discussion......

 

I know there's a video or something up somewhere that explains how the enforcement team works, but I can't seem to find it right now. Hopefully someone else knows where it is.

But you may never see the punishment an account is given. If it's the first time he's been reported, he may just be issued a 24 hour communications suspension or just a 24 hour suspension. It also just takes time for action to be taken. Each complaint is
investigated by the enforcement team and they received thousands of complaints every day. So even if you file a complaint today, it might take them a month to complete an investigation and suspend the player.

Reported them all bad mouthing teaming killing and more I want those people banned if not I will not longer sub to Xbox Live there making other peoples online no fun

I dont take kindly to being insulted and team killed for using a auto rifle

 

Plus I also see a banned coming my way for simply defending myself

So, you're saying your a hypocrite? You want to report someone for breaking rules, but you refuse to abide by those rules yourself.

The reason you are not allowed to "name and shame" is because people lie. What would you do if I came into these forums and said "Master Sieder has sent me abusive and threatening messages'? What would you do if my lying about
you resulted in your ban? Don't name and shame. Use the report function on your console.
