Reporting homophobic player

Hi, I had come across someone in a game of For Honor who had messaged a friend of mine so I helped out to help him and in return I had gotten homophobic slurs back from the person messaging my friend, I have reported them however I am concerned as they were sent across multiple messages, such as the gay f word being sent as

Along with him also saying “g@ys like us should be de

Ad”

Now I have reported them, however I am concerned that they won’t be detected as homophobic slurs hence why I’ve come here, I’m just curious whether or not this could get this person banned if he’s using the platform for his homophobia?

Yes they can still be banned as the enforcement team will investigate them and see the messages.

People think it is, but the system is not fully automated so it'll be seen by a person.

Ok, glad to hear it, just hard to tell with how automated a lot of stuff is nowadays whether or not a person will see it

Recent players is also a very valuable tool for me to report hackers and offensive players on the Xbox 360. Usually, a hacker or player spewing nothing but homophobic slurs all game, will jump out of the lobby the moment the game ends. Without a 'recent
players' list, how am I supposed to report these people?
