reporting gamer that did not respect the code of conduct

Hi, My name is martin and I would to report a gamer [Mod removed: Please don't name and shame on the forums], because this gamer did not respect the code of conduct of xbox live of the point (F. Cheating & Tampering - Do
not exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches. and K. Consequences of Violations - Fraud) in madden 15, this gamer stole 3 of my players in a traid/exchange that we were supposed to have a deal, He took my 3 players and
did not give me the player that he was supose to give me in exchange of my player. I try to cancel the traid with the option cancel in the game and it did'nt work. he was the only one that could cancel the exchange. I'v lost more than 75000 credits in the
game for those player and this is without conting the money that I'v paied for purchasing gamer packs to obtain those players. such a comportement is inapropriate, deshonorable, untrusted, and considering steeling. This player should have n immediat and permanent
suspension for his beavors

In the other part, I would lke to know if it's possible to have some sort of compansation for my lost in this matter.

a complaint as been sent to EA and xbox live conserning this player.

I've just recently started multiplayer but I've noticed how bad some of the other drivers are our just stupid but why is there no penalties for the crashing or racers who just cut thru grass or whatever instead of following the track. I enjoy the career mode way better. The ai may not be perfect but at least there is some etiquette. And how do you weed out the bad players , people mention using your reputation features or reporting abusive drivers but nobody explains how to do this.Click to expand... How to report a game player for bad conduct
To report a gamer from within a game, select his or her gamertag, and then report the player from within his or her profile.

You can also report a gamer for bad conduct even if he or she is no longer in the game. Here’s how:

Press the Xbox button on your controller.

Select Profile, and then select Recent players.

Select the gamertag, select Report or block, and then select Report from the list.

Select the reason that you want to report the player.

People who hate players who noob tube all the time and who show unsportsmanship please help!

Reporting someone for noob tubing you in any game is just unnecessary because noob tubing does not violate the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. Also, if you plan on reporting, just do it quietly so that you do not get involved with the situation.

As a gamer you can just report and block those you deem to have violated the Code of Conduct. As for the rest the choice to play online is yours, yet keep in mind is upon conscious gamers that respect the live service to keep a clean gaming environment.

There is nothing to revert back to. The code of conduct is as it has always been. You have just been lucky to not get reported till now.

Treat fellow gamers with respect and as they would expect to be treated. You do not have the right to retaliate or bad mouth anyone.
