Reporting certain players.

Hello enforcement team, just reporting this player for:

Profane words or phrases

[*]Suicide-related content
[*](Note: the examples below are just a few examples of the type of behavior prohibited by the Microsoft Code of Conduct. Just because something isn't on this list doesn't mean it's OK.)

[*]Negative speech (including hate speech or threats of harm) directed at people who belong to a group, including groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, language, gender, age, disability, veteran status, religion, or sexual orientation/expression

Three cases of it in 5 minutes from one player.

Gamertag: XxTHEWRAITHxX

Would not have put this up except for the fact a 8 year old asked me "what does ______ mean?". This player is NOT meant for Family-Oriented console.

I have Pictures of the cases on my Xbox screenshot. For multiple people as well. Language like that is not wanted by anyone.

Reporting Players

I agree. Xbox users please understand that the user you report are being investigated and action is being taken. There is a forum with overwhelming evidence that users are being suspended and banned. If you run into an issue file a complaint and move
on.

Maybe, a push to get all the support deparments on the same page, is a good idea

Bing wants me to use someone elses information to prove who I am.......

I do think information is wrong a lot of the time. Although, User error has a big part in this issue...

Phone support tells people to post here, just as much as web support tells people to call them....

Remember SUPPORT is different then General Discussion......

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. The enforcement team does not use the forums and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

Calling out other people is against the
rules of the Xbox Forums.

Whenever you encounter a problem player, the only thing you need to do is:
mute, block, and report. Do not engage any further.

Xbox Support does not take requests to ban other players based on allegations by anybody. All suspension-related matters are handled exclusively by Xbox Enforcement, and they don't post here.

You can report the players. Its the only way of get attention to that specific player. Maybe if that player, have a certain number of reports, it will be banned from xbox live!!

Bhutankam Pema is one of the many helpful Xbox Ambassadors on our support forums. If you cannot open a certain app, which you mentioned you were unable to load the Friends app in your second post, Bhutankam Pema's steps are valid.

If there is a certain player you wish to report, you can always search their gamertag in the Friends app and report or block the player when viewing their profile.
