Reporting, and getting muted

I want to know, how come xbox mutes automatically, i had an arguement with this girl which was harrassing me and my friend,take note shes 2 years older than me, it isnt fair that this arguement happened 12 days ago, which was in the past, it isnt fair
to me that she reported me again, and i got muted,(again) which xbox doesnt know the actual reason, she framed me saying i was harrassing and stuff, but what i was doing is defending myself, she started the arguement, and i ended it, in my opinion i was defending
myself AND my friend, the girl i argued with was very toxic, like said she framed/lied about what happened, i self defensed, she framed, its simple. Xbox didnt know the exact reason, and automatically muted me, which isnt fair like said its called self defence,

Doesn't matter who started it,if you respond in a way that violates the ToU/CoC & are reported then you will be suspended.It's always just best to report & block anyone harassing you & move on.

You are free to defend yourself on xbox live but you must do it within the rules.

If you're getting spammed, please report, block ,mute that player.

Report, mute and block him. There's not much else you can do besides that. The enforcement team will get to the report eventually.

You could always block, mute and report toxic gamers. Keep in mind, that report a gamer is a process that takes time to get reviewed by the Enforcement Team. There will be no actions tanken the second you report it.
