    I remember this issue being an old bug that had been fixed with updates. Have you updated your console? If you are in the beta program this could be an error with the software and you would need to report this bug. If your not in the beta program I suggest clearing the cache which instructions can be found via bing/google.

    I used to get an error code when I wished to buy but then I found out that it was because of some issue with my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and they did an online verification and then I was able to make my purchase.

    I'm sorry to see any issues with changing your Privacy permissions. Have you tried changing them on the console yet to see if it might work there? If your account is brand new, sometimes it takes a couple days before the account allows some changes; this
    is just because of the account syncing fully with Xbox Live.

    Multiplayer problem!

    Having this issue. "An unknown error occurred while attempting to change the Network Settings" is the error i keep getting. no fixes found and no help on the blizzard site for this, though multiple people reported the same thing.
